Humanitarian Software is excited to announce the newest member of our team: Jade Miller, who joins us as Marketing and Administrative Assistant.
Jade first connected with us through our Spring 2025 internship program, where she quickly demonstrated her creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. We are proud to now welcome her to a full-time role with Humanitarian Software LLC.
Driving Our New Website Launch
Jade’s primary focus will be supporting the rollout of our new company website, ensuring clients and partners have a clear, engaging way to explore HELM, discover new features, and stay up to date with our work.
Expanding Communication & Outreach
In addition, Jade will help lead our communications efforts by:
• Working with clients and partners to generate news stories and highlight success.
• Sharing updates on new products and features as they become available.
• Launching marketing and customer relationship campaigns that deepen engagement across our community.
Building Our Social Media Presence
With a strong background in social media, Jade will also guide our efforts to expand on LinkedIn—sharing stories, updates, and insights to keep our community informed and connected.
