Humanitarian Software LLC is pleased to announce the newest addition to our support and development staff: Austin Berry, who joins us as a Software Support and Development Associate.
Strengthening Client Support
Austin’s role reflects our ongoing commitment to providing quality and responsive support to HELM clients. He will focus on the technical support of core HELM functionality, ensuring that our users receive the guidance and solutions they need to keep operations running smoothly.
A Strong Blend of Experience
Austin brings a unique background to the team, with professional experience spanning both software development and manufacturing/warehousing operations. This combination gives him valuable insight into the challenges our clients face every day, as well as the technical expertise to help solve them.
Looking Ahead to HELM’s Next Release
In addition to supporting clients, Austin will also contribute to the development and rollout of the next major HELM release, scheduled for mid-2026. His skills and experience will play a key role in ensuring that this release continues to meet the evolving needs of humanitarian and nonprofit supply chains.
We are excited to welcome Austin to the Humanitarian Software family and look forward to the contributions he will make in supporting our clients and advancing HELM’s development.
